摘　　要：机构知识库具有特定性、永久性、复杂性和开放程度高等特点,但是目前国内机构知识库建设的理论研究较多、实际应用少,机构知识库规模较小,资金来源渠道较单一,存在版权问题和标准化问题。因此,国内机构知识库建设应积极宣传开放存取、加强资源建设和管理、共建机构联盟知识库、加强知识产权保护、注重机构文化的培育。IR（Institutional Repository） has characteristics of specificity, permanence, complexity and high degree of openness. However, the construction of IR in China recently has some problems as more theoretical researches and less practical application, smaller scale of IR, single channel for funds, and intellectual property problems and standardization problems. Therefore, the author proposes the construction of IR should actively promote Open Access, strengthen the resources construction and management, coconstruct IR alliance, strengthen the protection of intellectual property, and pay attention to the cultivation of institutional culture.
