摘　　要：文献编目是图书馆技术含量较高并具有一定竞争力的基础业务之一。随着网络技术的发展,编目环境发生了改变,合作编目或编目外包在各图书馆不同程度的开展使得编目的内涵、外延和职业要求发生了一系列变化,要求编目人员通过提高专业知识水平、业务素养及综合素质来提高其职业竞争力。Cataloging is one of the basic businesses of the library which possesses high technology and core competitiveness. But the environment of the cataloging is changing with the development of Interneto There is a series of changes in the connotation, extension and occupational requirements of the cataloging due to the development of different degree of online cataloging or cataloging outsourcing in the library, which have some influence on library cataloguers. To enhance the competitiveness of the cataloging career. library cataloguers have to improve professional knowledge level, business literacy and comprehensive quality.
