摘　　要：图书馆OPAC系统可实施改善的服务功能包括:嵌入著名搜索引擎的特色服务功能模块,引导读者多途径检索馆藏信息;研究用户搜索行为,提供"搜索建议(搜索帮助)";增加检索关键词的高亮显示功能,帮助读者鉴别结果;深度揭示馆藏地,便于读者快速确定文献的物理位置;整合纸质文献和电子资源,基于OPAC提供一站式资源检索服务。从这5个方面对OPAC系统的改进,能够体现出其以人为本的功能,使读者更为便捷地利用图书馆资源、享受图书馆服务。The Online Public Access Catalog（OPAC） service functions to be improvend include： embedding the well-known search engines in the service function modules to guide readers to retrieve collection information in multi-channel; studying the users＇ search behaviors and providing the search suggestion; adding the highlight function to the keywords retrieval functions to help readers distinguish findings; revealing the location of collections so as to help readers identify the physical location of documents quickly; integrating paper documents and electronic resources and providing the one-stop retrieval service based on OPAC. After the improvement of these five aspects, OPAC will reflect its people-oriented functions, and enable readers to make use of library resources more easily and enjoy library services.
