摘　　要：第三代移动通信(3G)为移动图书馆的发展提供了良好的软件开发环境,基于3G的智能手机不仅为图书馆信息服务做了适时宣传还为其拓宽了服务渠道,使用户在移动图书馆中享受短消息服务、Web主页服务、移动定位服务及虚拟付费服务,与此同时智能手机为馆员进行远程维护、适时回答咨询、适时导航、定题跟踪服务、现场采购查重及清点馆藏也提供了便利。Third Generation provides a favorable software development environment for the development of hand-held library. 3G smart phone not only has done a timely publicity to the information services for the library, but also broadens its service channels, enabling users to enjoy Short Message Service, Web home page services, mobile location-based services and virtual payment service, at the same time, smart phone provide convenience for librarians in remote maintenance, timely answering the consultation, timely navigation, SDI tracking service, on-site procurement and inventory awangement.
