区域性集团采购电子资源的评估机制研究——以江苏省高等教育文献保障系统(JALIS)为例

摘　　要：江苏省高校文献保障体系(JALIS)在国内的区域性集团中处于领先地位,其集团引进电子资源的评估机制主要由评估组织机构、评估要素及指标组成。评估组织机构是评估机制的核心,评估要素根据引进电子资源特点分为引进前评估和使用评估。但是,目前区域性集团采购电子资源评估机制还存在一些问题,如评估机制的组织保障问题、数据统计的规范化问题、与供应商的合作问题、利益分配机制问题等,还需要进一步的思考和解决。Jiangsu Academic Library ＆ Information Committee （JALIS） has reached a leading position of regional groups in China. And the evaluation mechanism includes evaluation organizations, evaluation elements and indexes. The evaluation organization is the core of the evaluation mechanism, and the evaluation elements consist of pre-purchasing evaluation and usage evaluation. There are some problems in the evaluation mechanism of the regional group purchasing electronic resources, which need further consideration and suggestion.
