摘　　要：资源共建共享已成为世界各国广泛关注的重要课题之一。在现代网络环境下,信息资源呈指数增长,每个图书馆都不可能也不必要收集世界上的所有文献,只有通过资源共建共享才能增强信息保障能力、提高信息服务能力。日本大学图书馆通过分担收集外国杂志、网络联机编目、馆际互借、电子期刊联盟、构建机构知识库等共建共享活动,为日本高等教育事业和科学文化事业的发展做出了巨大贡献。Resources co-construction and sharing has become one of important issues that every country focuses on widely. In the network environment, each library can＇t and needn＇t collect all the information which is increasing exponentially, and resources co-construction and sharing is the best choice to improve the ability of information guarantee and information services. By partaking in collecting foreign periodicals, online union cataloging, interlibrary loan, electronic journal consortium and the construction of Institutional Repository, Japanese university libraries make great contribution to the development of Japanese higher education and the scientific and cultural undertakings.
