摘 要:在番木瓜初蕾前后,以嫩叶为材料,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,测定番木瓜雌株、两性株及雄株内源激素含量的变化。结果显示:番木瓜3种株性植株叶片的GA3、IAA、ZR、ABA含量在花芽分化、现蕾及开花3个发育阶段均具有明显的变化规律和差异性,且变化临界点为初蕾形成时。内源激素含量比值变化表现为,雄株在初蕾前后ZR/IAA与ZR/ABA比值一直明显高于雌株和两性株的;雌株的IAA/GA3与IAA/ABA比值在初蕾时出现1个明显的高峰值;3种株性植株叶片的GA3/ZR比值则均呈现出初蕾前较低,而初蕾后逐渐上升的趋势。The levels of 4 endogenous phytohormones in young leaves of male, female and hermaphrodite plants of papaya (Carica papaya L.) were detected by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) during flower bud differentiation. The results showed that the critical point for the dynamic changes of the GA3, IAA, ZR and ABA content in the leaves of all types of the plants was at the initial formation of flower buds, and that the contents of these 4 phytohormones were changed regularly and differently at floral bud differentiation, bud initiation and flowering stages. The dynamic changes of different endogenous phytohormones indicated that the male plants had significantly higher ratio of ZR/IAA and ZR/ABA during the flower bud differentiation than the female and hermaphrodite papaya plants; the female plant had an obvious peak value in the ratio of IAA/GA3 and IAA/ABA at the flower bud initiation stage; the ratio of GA3ZR in the leaves of all the 3 types of papaya plants had an obvious trend of being lower before flower bud initiation and gradually higher after the flower bud initiation.
