寄主植物对三角新小卷蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响

摘　　要：研究不同寄主植物对三角新小卷蛾(Olethreutes leucaspis Meyrick)取食、生长、发育及存活的影响,组建三角新小卷蛾实验种群生命表。结果表明:在25℃温度下,采用荔枝、龙眼、莲雾、芒果、柑橘饲喂三角新小卷蛾的发育历期分别为20.74、18.17、23.41、23.23、29.0d。在荔枝、龙眼上该虫幼虫和蛹的存活率较高。三角新小卷蛾在荔枝、龙眼、莲雾、芒果、柑橘上的内禀增长力(rm)分别为0.1852、0.1611、0.1348、0.1347和0.1128,均大于0。种群趋势指数(I)分别为60.80、53.76、36.10、30.60和49.00,均大于1,该虫种群呈增长趋势。综合比较5种寄主植物,三角新小卷蛾的最适宜寄主植物是荔枝和龙眼。Insect pest Olethreutes leucaspis Meyrick was reared on litchi （Litchi chinensis）, Longan （Dimocarpus longgana Lour）, wax apple （Eugenia javanica Lam）, mango （Mangifera indica Linn.）, citrus （Citrus reticulata Banco） and carambola （Averrhoa carambola） to observe the response of its growth, development and survival to these hosts, and the life tables of its population in these hosts were set up. The developmental durations of O. leucaspis Meyrick reared on these hosts at 25 ℃ were 20.74 d, 18.17 d, 23.41 d, 23.23 d and 29.0 d, respectively. The survival rates of larva and pupae of O. leucaspis Meyrick reared on litchi and longan were considerably higher. The innate capacities of natural increase （rm） for these hosts were 0.185 2, 0.161 1, 0.1348, 0.1347 and 0.112 8, respectively, which were all higher than 0, and the population trend indexes （I） were 60.80, 53.76, 36.10, 30.60 and 49.00, respectively, which were higher than 1, indicating laboratory populations of O. leucaspis Meyrick reared on these host plants tended to increase positively. Among the test host plants, litchi and longan were the most favorable host plants for O. leucaspis Meyrick.
