摘  要:采用分光光度法测定被椰甲截脉姬小蜂寄生0.5~4d内的椰心叶甲3龄和4龄幼虫体内几种酶活性的变化。结果表明:寄生后,寄主幼虫体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均高于对照;多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性受抑制;酯酶(EST)活性先升高后降低。结果揭示了椰心叶甲幼虫对寄生产生的生理防御反应。By using spectrophotometric method, the activities of several enzymes, including catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and esterase (EST), were determined in Brontispa longissima larvae parasitized by Asecodes hispinarum. The results showed that the activities of CAT and POD were higher in the parasitized larvae than in the unparasitized larvae at the same stage, that the activity of PPO was inhibited in parasitized larvae, and that the activity of EST was stimulated initially and then inhibited in the parasitized larvae. The changes of the enzymatic activities were helpful to the successful development of A.hispinarum in the host larvae. This study indicated the B.longissima larvae had a physiological defensive action against A. hispinarum, which can be used to probe into the relationship between B. longissima and A. hispinarum.
