摘  要:割手密是一种重要的遗传资源,在甘蔗改良中起到了重要作用。本文针对保育在广东省甘蔗种质资源库中的64份来源于广东地区的割手密材料进行包括丛茎数、株高、节数、茎径、叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽、锤度、蔗汁糖分等9个重要农艺性状的遗传多样性评价。结果表明,所分析材料在这9个性状上都表现出了较高的遗传差异,变异系数介于0.17~0.58之间。基于9个性状的聚类分析可将所分析材料分为3大类,各类群在生长特性与锤度、糖分等性状上表现出明显差异。相关分析表明锤度之间成显著负相关,株高和蔗汁糖分之间呈显著正相关。此研究可为将来割手密种质资源的收集、保育和创新利用提供参考。Saccharum spontaneum L. is one of the most important genetic resources for sugarcane breeding. This study assessed the genetic diversity of the 64 clones of Saccharurn spontaneum L. native to Guandong area, which were reserved in the Guangdong Sugarcane Germplasm Resource Bank. Nine agronomic traits including number of stalks (NS), height of plant (PH), number of internodes, diameter of stalk, length of leaf, width of leaf, length /width ratio of leaf, brix, and sugar content of cane juice (SC) were evaluated. The results showed that high diversity was detected on all of the traits with coefficients of variance varying from 0.17 to 0.58. The 64 accessions were grouped into three clusters by clustering analysis using the 9 traits and there was obvious difference in agronomic characters among the clusters. There was significant negative correlation between NS and brix, and significant positive correlation between PH and SC.
