摘 要:目的建立清喉利咽颗粒中黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)。色谱柱为Diamonsil^(TM)C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.6%磷酸水溶液(40:60)为流动相,柱温,35℃,流速,1.0 mL/min,检测波长,277 nm。结果方法精密度及线性关系良好,黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素平均回收率分别为100.5%[相对标准差(relative standard deviation,RSD)=0.70%]、100.4%(RSD=1.2%)和100.5%(RSD=0.83%)(n=9)。结论该法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin in Qinghouliyan powder. Methods The HPLC column was C18 (150 min×4.6 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 6% phosphoric acid(40 : 60) ;the column temperature was 35℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with detective wave length of 277 nm. Results The precision and the linear relation of this method were acceptable. The average recoveries of baicalin,baicalein and wogonin were 100.5%[relative standard deviation(RSD) = 0.70%]2,100.4% (RSD= 1.2%) and 100.5% (RSD= 0.83%) ( n=9) ,respectively. Conclusion The established assay method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and can be used for the determining the concentration in Qinghouliyan powder.
