摘　　要：本文在前文[1]研究的基础上，研究节水灌溉综合评价理论及模型的应用，实例研究证实了它们的理论意义和实用价值。On the basis of the former paper,this paper is to strdy the application of the theory and the model ofcomprehensive Evaluation in WSI. Its theoretical significance and practical value have been confirmed by the case study.
