摘　　要：系统地研究了自然发病条件下，大肠杆菌性腹泻仔猪的组织病理及超微病理的变化。发现其组织病理学变化以肠道炎症、血液循环障碍及实质器官与中枢神经系统的变性、坏死为主，超微结构的变化以线粒体、内质网、溶酶体和细胞膜等膜相关结构的损伤为特征。An systemic observation about histopathological and ultrastructural changes of different tissues from piglets with diarrheal naturally caused by Escherichia Coli,was made by histologic and electron microscopic techniques.The histopathological changes contained intestine inflammation,the disturbances of blood circulation,degeneration and necrosis of parenchymal organs and central nervous tissues.The characteristic ultrastructural changes of intestinal epithelium,liver and mesenteric lymph node included serve damage of cell membrane,endoplastic reticulum,mitochondria and lysosome.
