砖质烟囱定向爆破拆除的工程实践

摘　　要：按照城市规划,位于某旅游大道侧一座铁厂内分别高35m、45m的两座烟囱必须被拆除。根据爆破环境的复杂性和砖质烟囱结构的特点,通过合理选拆除方案,爆破参数确定、爆破切口的形式和尺寸、定向窗的开设、起爆顺序、安全防护措施以及内衬处理,采用一次点火相向一次起爆的定向爆破拆除方法,成功地拆除了两座烟囱。实践证明:倾倒方向、内衬预先处理、参数选择对烟囱爆破成功非常关键。According to the city planning, two chimneys with height of 35m and 45m located in an iron and steel plant besides a famous tourist avenue must be removed. According to the environmental complexity and chimneys structural characteristics by reasonable chimneys demolition scheme, choice of blasting parameter, the shape and size of blasting cut, the directional window open, detonating order, safety prevention measure, inside lining treatment and the scheme adopted directional blasting program of directional collapse respectively through signal ignition, two chimneys are successfully demolished. Practice shows that the blasting direction, inside lining pretreatment to chimneys, blasting parameters selection is the key.
