摘 要:以正交设计为基础,在高压釜内通过水热法硫化试验研究了反应时间、反应温度、物料粒度及液固比等因素对低品位氧化锌矿和硫磺反应的硫化率影响,通过数理统计技术对试验结果进行了方差分析。结果表明,物料粒度是影响硫化率的显著因素,当反应时间为180 min、反应温度为220℃、物料粒度为0.074 mm、液固比为1.2∶1,硫化剂用量为理论量的1.2倍时,综合指标较好。原矿样中的碳酸锌经水热硫化可大部分转化为硫化锌,硫化率最高为68.34%;在此条件下进行硫化处理后的物料进入硫化矿的常规浮选,和不进行硫化而直接进行浮选(精矿锌回收率为30.56%,尾矿锌损失率为64.23%)相比,浮选指标得到较大幅度的提高(精矿中锌回收率为86.73%,尾矿中锌损失率为6.48%)。Based on orthogonal test,the effects of vulcanization ration on low-grade zinc oxide ore with sulfur in autoclave, reaction time, reaction temperature, material size, liquid solid ratio and other factors were investigated by hydrothermal vulcanization. The results were examined by variance analysis with mathematical theory statistical technique. The results show that material size affects obviously the vulcanization ration. The optimal conditions for sulfurization reaction are determined as follows: reaction temperature is 180℃, reaction time is 180 minutes, particle size is 0. 074 mm, vulcanizing agent dosage is 1.2 times to the theoretical dosage, liquid-solid ratio is 1.2 : 1. Under these conditions, zinc oxide ore mostly transformed into zinc sulfide ore, the highest vulcanization ratio of low-grade zinc oxide ores reached 68.34%. Carry on the flotation on this treated sample by conventional flotation process, Zn recovery of the headings is about 86.73%, Zn loss ratio of tailings is 6.48%, as compared with the resuh(Zn recovery of the headings is 30.56%, Zn loss ratio of tailings is about 64.23%)of flotation on sample without vulcanization pretreatment, the floating index is improved greatly.
