摘 要:针对现有汽车可靠性评估传统方法的局限性,将一种新的可靠性分析方法——GO法引入到汽车可靠性研究中。阐述了GO法的具体分析步骤,建立了汽车发动机点火系的GO图模型,基于GO法状态概率公式对点火系进行了精确的定量分析和定性分析,给出了系统中共有信号的修正算法。与故障树法对同一点火系的分析结果对比,验证了GO法在汽车可靠性分析中的可用性与正确性。In view of the limitation of existing traditional vehicle reliability evaluation methods, a new relia-bility analysis method-GO methodology-is introduced into vehicle reliability research. Specific analysis steps of GO methodology is described, and a GO diagram model for the ignition assembly of automotive engine is built. Based on the state probability formulae of GO methodology, qualitative analyses and accurate quantitative analyses are conducted on ignition system with a correction algorithm for shared signals in the system given. The comparison of results to that with fault tree analysis method for the same ignition assembly verifies the usability and correctness of GO methodology in vehicle reliability analysis.
