摘 要:基于一种新型的单电机、双离合器式强混合动力结构,建立了其车辆分层控制系统,制定了整车能量管理策略,并研究了行进中启动发动机过程的动态协调控制。通过自行开发的前向仿真系统对能量管理策略进行了验证,结果表明在NEDC循环工况下等效100km油耗降低34%。同时通过动态台架试验,对行进中启动发动机的动态协调控制策略进行了验证。A layered control system is established for the vehicle with a new full hybrid powertrain structure consisting of an electric motor and two clutches. An energy management strategy is worked out and a dynamic coneerted control for the process of engine start during driving is studied. The energy management strategy is validated by a self-developed forward simulation system with a result showing that a reduction in equivalent fuel consumption of around 34% at NEDC driving cycle is achieved. In addition, the concerted control strategy for engine start process with vehicle running is also verified by bench test.
