摘  要:建立了模拟柴油机颗粒物过滤器(DPF)再生过程的多通道模型并进行模拟,模拟结果和实验结果吻合良好。在此基础上考察了DPF进口气体不均匀性对热再生性能的影响。结果表明:进口处气体流速不均匀分布会延长再生时间、推迟和提高温度峰值;进口处气体温度不均匀分布会延长再生时间、推迟并降低温度峰值。因此,在设计DPF时应力求进口处气体的温度和速度均匀分布。A multi-channel model is developed to simulate the thermal regeneration of diesel particulate filter (DPF). The simulation results well agree with experimental data. On this basis, the influence of gas flow nonuniformity at DPF inlet on thermal regeneration performance is investigated. The results show that the nonuniformity of gas velocity distribution at DPF inlet prolongs the regeneration time, delays and raises the temperature peak; while the nonuniformity of gas temperature distribution at DPF inlet also prolong the regeneration time, delays but lowers the temperature peak. It concludes that it is important to make gas flow at DPF inlet uniform in both velocity and temperature when designing DPF.
