摘 要:分别以单一葡萄糖及按无花果多糖中单糖组成比例配制的混合单糖为标准糖样,采用苯酚-硫酸法对无花果多糖的含量进行测定。结果表明,以单一葡萄糖为标准品测得含量偏低,而以混合糖为标准品不仅重现性高、稳定性好,而且回收率实验理想,可认为是测定无花果多糖含量较为简便的方法。The content of polysaccharides in Ficus carica was determined by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid, according the proportion of sugars in the Ficus carica polysaccharide to obtain the mixture of Ficus carica polysaccharide compositions, then taking the single glucose and the mixture sugar as standard solution respectively. The results showed the content of polysaccharides in Ficus carica was lower using single glucose as standard solution, but the method was steadier and had better reproducibility and recovery rate using the reference of sugar mixture, so this method can be used to determine the Ficus carica polysaccharides simply and accurately.
