摘 要:研究了采用直接电化学沉积法制备的金纳米粒子修饰氧化铟锡(GNPs/ITO)电极,用阳极溶出伏安法测定痕量砷。对富集电位和时间、支持电解质及部分干扰离子等进行了实验。实验结果表明:砷在0.15V出现灵敏的阳极溶出伏安峰,峰电流在砷浓度为0.053~9.3μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。方法灵敏、简便,可方便地应用于水产品中痕量砷的测定。An anodic stripping voltalmmetry for the determination of arsenite based on gold nanoparticles (GNPs) modified indium tin oxide(ITO) electrode was investigated. The GNPs/ITO modified electrode was fabricated by direct electrochemical deposition. The electrochemical response was characterized with respect to accumulation potential and time, supporting electrolyte, and possible interferences. The experimental results showed that a sensitive stripping peak potential of arsenite is about 0.15 V, and the peak current is linear with the concentration of As(Ⅲ) in the range of 0.053-9.3 μmol/L. The proposed method had the advantage of high sensitivity, simplicity, convenience, and can be applied to determination of trace arsenite in aquatic products.
