摘 要:本试验以0~140KR60Co-射线辐照我国25个苜蓿种和品种的干种子,研究苜蓿的辐射敏感性,确定苜蓿的适宜辐射剂量,结果表明:种子的活力指数、根长、幼苗存活率、苗高、株高、青草产量与剂量呈负相关。不同苜蓿品种辐射敏感性存在显著差异。应用模糊聚类分析法将25个品种的辐射敏感性分为极敏感型、敏感型、中间型、迟钝型和极迟钝型5类。以苗高为指标,苜蓿品种的适宜辐射剂量在50~135KR之间,不同品种之间相差2~3倍。Alfalfa seeds(12.1% moisture) were exposed to60Co- radiation field with 0~140KR radiation dose to study the radio-sensitivity and the suitable irradiation doses. In the range of irradiation doses, vitality index, root length, seedling survival rate, seeding height, plant height and forage yield decreased as the amount of radiation increased. There were significant diffrences(P<0.01) between alfalfa species or varieties. With fuzzy concentration analysis, the alfalfa samples were classified into five groups: High sensitive, lntermediate, resistant, high resistant. The suitable irradiation doses for alfalfa is 50~135KR.
