摘 要:随着我国以煤炭为主的能源发展战略的实施,大型煤炭企业在新型煤炭工业体系构建中发挥越来越重要的作用。作为煤炭工业科技创新的主体,大型煤炭企业肩负着自主创新的重任。本文根据资源禀赋型企业的实际情况,依据煤炭企业技术创新的特点,采用系统论的方法,对影响企业自主创新的因素从内外两方面进行详细分析,为深入研究大型煤炭企业自主创新的机理,探寻自主创新能力的提升途径提供参考和借鉴。As the strategy implementation of coal--based energy development in China, large-scale coal enterprises in the construction of new coal industry system will play an increasingly important rote. The large-scale coal enterprises, as the main body of scientific and technological innovation in coal industry, shoulder the responsibility of independent innovation. This paper, which is based on the actual situations of resource-based enterprises and characteristics of coal enterprise in technological innovation, analysis' s the impact factors of independent innovation from both inside and outside by using of systems theory. And the paper provide a reference for depth studying the mechanism of independent innovation of large-scale coal enterprises and exploring a route to enhancing the capability of independent innovation.
