摘 要:针对动态分析频率稳定性计算费时、无法满足在线应用的难题,从静态分析的角度提出了一种快速评估频率稳定性的方法。该方法以故障后稳态频率或近似故障后稳态频率为评估指标,并以最大故障后波动频率为辅助指标。文中建立的3个指标数学模型均是代数方程,不包含微分方程。这些指标具有计算速度快、符合物理实际的优点,可以满足大型电网实际在线应用的需要。算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。Current dynamic analysis on frequency stability of power system often takes long time and cannot meet the demand of online application, to solve this problem, in the viewpoint of static analysis a fast method to assess frequency stability of power system is proposed. In this method, the post-fault steady-state frequency (PFSSF) or approximate post-fault steady-state frequency (APFSSF) are taken as assessment index and the maximum post-fault fluctuant frequency" (MPFFF) as auxiliary index. Three models of the these three indices which possess obvious physical meaning are algebraic equations and do not contain differential equations, so the calculation speed of these models is fast and can meet the demands of applying online assessment of dynamic frequency stability to large-scale power grids. Case study results show that the proposed method is correct and effective.
