摘 要:京津唐电网是以火电为主的电网,电网调峰能力不足。近年来河北北部坝上地区风电资源的大规模集中开发,使电网在低谷负荷时段的调峰问题日益突出。文中从电网的负荷特性和电源构成着手,通过对2010年电网在不同月份、不同电源备用率下的调峰、调频特性进行分析,得出了2010年京津唐电网的调峰能力,为京津唐电网风电的合理开发提供了借鉴。Thermal power plants are main power sources of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid, however its peak load regulation ability is weak. Along with the large-scale and concentrative development of wind power resources in Bashang district, north Hebei province, the weak ability of peak load regulation of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid at valley load periods becomes more serious. According to load characteristics and power source Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid, the frequency regulation characteristics of composition of peak load and Beijing-Tianjin- Tangshan power grid in different months of the year 2010 under different reserve rate are analyzed, thus the peak load regulation ability of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid in the year 2010 is obtained. This research result is available for reference to the rational development of wind power resources for Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid in the viewpoint of peak load regulation ability of power grid.
