摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,环保问题日益突出,回顾30年发展历程,我们在环保立法上成果显著,但缺陷不少。广西作为少数民族自治区,可以充分利用地方立法权,在尊重本区民族习惯,结合本区环境、经济现实的情况下,在立法上积极探索,推动生态广西建设目标的实现。Along with the gradual deepening of reform and opening in China, environmental protection seems more important. To recall the course of development of three decades., We not only have got prominent achievement on environmental protection, many defects as well. As autonomous region of ethnic minority, Guangxi can take full advantage of the local legislative power, explore actively on legislation and promote the realization of the ecological construction in Guangxi under the situation of respecting the native custom and combining with the local environment and economic reality.
