摘　　要：生产者延伸责任是环境法中的重要制度,其有利于促进废弃产品的回收和循环利用,有利于节约资源和生态环境的保护。我国现有生产者环境延伸责任虽有立法规定,但存在一些问题。生产者延伸责任立法应在既定价值取向的指引下进一步完善。The extended environment responsibility of producers is an important system in environmental law. This system is conducive to reclaiming and recycling use and to conserving resources and protection of ecological environment. Although there are some legislative provisions about extended environment responsibility of producers in china, there are some problems. The legislation about extended environment responsibility of producers should be improved further under the guidance of valuable orientation.
