摘　　要：只有清晰界定了研究对象的内涵与外延,才能开展细致深入的理论研究。本文澄清了电子废物的概念及范围,指出了电子废物的本质与特点。根据生命周期评价理论,建立了电子废物的生命周期、电子废物循环利用、电子废物资源再生产业模型,并探讨了相关的经济学理论基础。Thorough and detailed theoretical study would be carried out, only if the connotation and denotation on the object, which was researched, had been clearly defined. In the article, the conception and scope of WEEE were clarified definitely, and then the nature and characteristics of it were indicated. Based on life cycle assessment theory, it had been done that the establishment of electronic and electrical product lift-cycle, WEEE recycling and WEEE recycling industry models. Moreover, the relevant economic theory of the above was explored.
