摘　　要：以重庆市合川区南溪河小流域为例,通过对项目实施区生态治理模式设置与实施情况进行全面分析,探索了当前我国西南地区外资水土保持项目的优点和存在的不足,并在参考黄土高原外资水土保持综合治理模式、经验的同时,结合当地实际提出改进措施,以期形成更合理的小流域综合治理可持续发展模式,旨在为长江流域水土保持项目更好地实施提供参考。The paper explores the merits and existed deficiencies of current foreign-fund soil and water conservation projects in southwest of China through overall analysis on the setting and implementation of ecological treatment patterns in the project area by taking Nanxihe Small Watershed in Hechuan District of Chongqing as an example.It puts forward improvement measures for building more rational modes of sustainable development of small watershed and providing references for soil and water conservation projects of the Yangtze River basin,according to the integrated management and experience of foreign-fund soil and water conservation projects of the Loess Plateau and combining with the local reality.
