摘  要:介绍了一种煤矿综采工作面顶板压力监测系统。该系统采用PIC单片机作为处理器完成对液压支架前柱、后柱、后梁地方的压力监测、分析并通过液晶进行实时显示各个支架压力数据,同时采用CAN总线将各个压力数据传输到调上位机进行分析。通过对综采面顶板压力数据的监测分析,可为煤矿生产中片帮冒顶事故的预防和顶板安全管理提供可靠的依据。The paper introduced a roof pressure monitoring and measuring system of a fully mechanized coal mining face. The PIC microprocessor of the system was applied as the processor to complete the pressure monitoring and measurement as well as the analysis to the front legs, rear legs and real shield of the hydraulic powered supports. With the LC display, each pressure data of the support could be on timely displayed. Meanwhile, CAN bus could be applied to transfer each pressure data to the upstream computer for analysis. The analysis on the monitoring and measurements of the roof pressure data above the coal mining face could provide the reliable references for the prevention and roof control to the spalling and roof falling accidents in the mine production.
