摘　　要：改革开放30年来，中国企业的经营环境发生了翻天覆地的变化。而随着经济发展的不同阶段以及经济危机的影响等因素，日本和韩国企业的经营目标、经营战略、经营组织等也发生了诸多变化。分析和梳理三国企业经营特点的变化，探讨不同企业文化之间的共生关系，无论对于认识他国企业的经营特色，还是对于中国企业经营管理的不断完善，亦或是对于促进以中日韩为主体的东北亚区域经济合作，所具有的意义都是毋容置疑的。The reform and open policy for 30 years, the Chinese Enterprise＇s management environment has had the earth-shaking change. But along with economical development different stage as well as economic crisis factors and so on influence,Japanese and the South Korean Enterprise＇s management goal,the management strategy,the operation scheme and so on has also had many changes. Analyzes and combs the Three Kingdoms enterprise to manage the characteristic the change,between the discussion different enterprise culture paragenesis relations, regardless of regarding understanding other country enterprise＇s management characteristic,regarding the Chinese Enterprise management and operation unceasing consummation,also perhaps regarding the promotion take China ,Japan, and Korea as the main body Northeast Asia region economic cooperation, the significance which has all is does not do allow to doubt.
