构建黄石市生态工业园的对策

摘　　要：结合循环经济、生态工业园理念，以及资源型城市黄石市工业园现状和环境问题，对黄石市构建生态工业园的必要性、可行性进行了分析。本文指出黄石市生态工业园规划建设领导组织机构及生态工业园理论方法体系应尽快建立，并依此建立生态工业园，这对黄石市开展“两型社会”建设具有非常重要的现实意义。对黄石市在循环经济理念下建设生态工业园的具体可行措施和方法也进行了探讨。Based on the idea of circular economy, ecological industry, present situation of industrial park and environmental problems in Huangshi city （Resource-based city）, analyses on the construction necessity and feasibility of Eco-industrial parks in Huangshi city are carried out. The leading organizational structure,theory and method system for the planning and construction of Eco-industrial parks in Huangshi city should be set up as soon as possible, Eco-industrial parks in Huangshi city should be constructed based on these construction. The construction of coo-industrial park in Huangshi city is important for the construction of two-oriented society （a resource-saving and environment-friendly society）. Feasible measures and methods are discussed for the construction of eco-industrial park according to the idea of circular economy.
