摘　　要：针对当前医院管理者对决策支持系统（DSS）阅读率不高，辅助决策成效不显著的现状，进行了问题的分析与归纳，指出阅读成本高、反映关键问题效率低、内容缺乏特色是当前DSS存在的主要问题。提出应用信息仪表盘优化展现方式和引入关键业绩指标（KPI）进行关键问题导航是提高DSS利用率的有效途径。With the status of low utilization rate of hospital decision support system （DSS） with the hospital managers and the less effectiveness in decision-supporting, the problems are analyzed. The high cost of DSS reading, low efficiency of key indicators from DSS and lack of breaking, features are the main causes of low utilization rate of DSS. The paper also proposes the effective ways to improve the utilization rate of hospital DSS including introduction of Key Performance Indicators （KPI） for navigation, use of optimized dashboard presentation mode.
