摘　　要：在介绍蓝海战略相关理念的基础上,通过对近年来军队患者就诊服务文献的回顾,分析了蓝海战略在军队医院门诊建设中应用的可行性,并初步阐述相关的应用策略,旨在为提高军队医院门诊管理水平提供思路。Based on the background of blue ocean strategy and the literature review of outpatient service management in military hospital, the feasibilities of applying blue ocean strategy in military hospital outpatient service was discussed. The blue ocean strategy could improve outpatient management in military hospital.
