摘　　要：为评价聚氨酯海绵应用于人体的安全性，给临床安全使用提供可靠依据，本实验采用细胞毒性和溶血毒性试验方法，检测聚氨酯海绵是否存在细胞毒性和溶血反应。结果显示：聚氨酯海绵对Ｌ－９２９细胞株无毒性作用，对兔血无溶血反应。结果表明。In order to evaluate the safety of polyurethane sponge for human application and provide evidences for its clinical utilization, an experiment was conducted to measure the cytotoxicity and hematocytolysis of polyurethane sponge in L 929 cells and rabbit blood cells. The results showed that polyurethane sponge had neither effects on L 929 cells of relative growth rat (RGR) nor on hematocytolysis in rabbit blood cells The results suggested that polyurethane sponge could be used as medical materials
