摘　　要：In the past, ＂leisure＂ was an extravagance that few Chinese people could enjoy, as they had to struggle for their food and clothing - the things they needed for basic survival. Since 1978, when China began to implement its policy of reform and opening to the world, people＇s living standards have improved substantially. But how have the leisure lives of common Chinese people been affected？改革开放以来，随着国人休闲理念的日渐成熟，人们对“幸福生活”的理解也日趋多元化。
