摘  要:大学自律的主体是大学,就像道德自律的主体是人一样。从高等教育内外部关系规律的角度探究大学自律,一方面大学在高等教育外部关系规律的作用下通过自律使其在适应社会发展的同时又保留了相对的独立性,即走出"象牙塔"又超越"象牙塔",自律在一定程度上平衡着"为之服务"与"受制约",让大学从适应社会的发展进而达到引导与促进社会的发展。另一方面大学在高等教育内部关系规律的作用下通过自律来探求与遵循个人发展、成才的规律以及正确处理各育之间的关系,让大学实现"使人成人"的完美目标。而自律最终使大学做到高等教育内外部关系规律的统一,使大学在不断自省吾身中始终保持良好的发展态势。Just as moral self-discipline controls human behavior, so university self-discipline controls the behavior of universities . On the one hand,from the perspective of the law of higher educational internal and external relationship to discuss university self-discipline, through self-discipline and under the effect of the law of higher educational external relationship ,universities can not only adapt to social development, but retain the relative independence as well ,namely out of the ivory tower and beyond the ivory tower. Self-discipline balances the relationship that it" serves universities " and it also conditions universities to some degree. In this way, universities can adapt to social development and thus guide and promote social development. On the other hand, under the effect of the law of higher educational internal relationship and through self-discipline , universities can explore and follow the personal development and talent law,and deal with the relationship between them so that universities can achieve the perfect goal of "cultivating students to be talents". Self-discipline finally makes universities achieve the unity of the law of higher educational internal and external relationship to maintain a good momentum of development in the process of introspection.
