摘 要:对桔子皮进行红外光谱分析,测试其主要化学成分。通过正交试验及单因素分析,得出桔子皮最佳萃取工艺条件:温度80℃、染料质量浓度200 g/L、氢氧化钠质量浓度40 g/L、时间30 min。通过媒染试验,得出桔子皮用于毛织物染色,适合同浴染色,且由正交试验及单因素分析优选出最佳工艺条件:温度80℃,pH值4,萃取液用量40 mL/L,时间45 min,浴比1∶40。通过对染色织物的干、湿摩擦牢度,干洗牢度及皂洗牢度的检测,得出染色织物牢度良好。The primarily chemic components of tangerine peel were gained by infrared spectral analysis in this paper. The process of extraction of tangerine peel was studied and the optimum conditions(temperature 80℃, dye concentration 200 g/L, NaOH concentration 40 g/L, time 30 min)of colourant extraction were decided by orthogonal experiments and single factor analysis. Then, one-bath process was used to dye wool fabric with tangerine peel by mordant dyeing tests and the optimum conditions of dyeing (temperature 80℃, pH = 4, extraction concentration 40 mL/L, dyeing time 45 min, liquor ratio 1:40 ) were decided by orthogonal experiments and single factor analysis. The dry and wet rubbing fastness, dry cleaning and soaping fastness of the dyeing samples were measured. The results indicated that the fastness properties were good.
