摘 要:利用壳聚糖和双氰胺成功地合成了一种壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐(CGH),应用红外光谱确认了聚合物的结构。采用整理剂CGH,交联剂柠檬酸和催化剂次亚磷酸钠按照轧-烘-焙工艺整理羊毛织物,使其获得良好的抗菌性能。运用扫描电子显微镜SEM和傅里叶变换红外光谱图对抗菌剂CGH,交联剂柠檬酸与羊毛之间的交联机理进行了探讨。结果表明,整理后的羊毛织物具有良好的抗菌性和耐洗涤性能。Chitosan biguanidine hydrochloride (CGH) has been synthesized by the guanidinylation reaction of chitosan with dicyandiamide. The structures of CGH were characterized by FT-IR. In this paper, it used CGH, cross-linking agent citric acid and catalyst sodium hypophosphite to endue with the properties of antimicrobial to wool fabric through pad-dry-cure treatment. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) were employed to study the re-action mechanism during erosslinking of the treated fabric. Wool treated by CGH can obtain good antibacterial property and washing endurance.
