摘  要:分流比例的大小和波动范围直接影响到管壁取样分配器的体积大小和流量测量精度,为此开展了对气液相分流系数影响因素的理论分析,并在空气一水两相流实验环道上进行了实验研究。实验分配器主管直径为40 mm,管路中出现的流型包括分层流、波状流、环状流以及弹状流。通过改变取样孔数目以及分流回路安装阻力调节孔板研究调节前后分流系数的变化规律。研究发现,旋流型管壁取样分配器液相分流系数主要取决于取样孔总面积的大小,而气相分流系数大小主要由分流回路和主回路的阻力特性决定。For measurement of two-phase flow rate with a pipe wall sampler, the equipment size and metering accuracy is determined by the extraction ratio and its fluctuation range. Theoretical analysis and experimental study are carried out to adjust the extraction ratio of the gas and liquid. Experiments are carried out at an air-water two-phase flow loop with a diameter of 40 mm and the flow patterns occurred during the experiments included stratified flow, wave flow, annular flow and slug flow. The number of sampling holes and resistance of the sampled loop are changed to find out their effects on extraction ratio. Results show that the liquid extraction ratio is only determined by total area of the sampling holes and the gas extraction ratio is mainly controlled by the resistance relationship between the main loop and the sampled loop.
