摘　　要：介绍了一种用于气缸套外圆精加工的新型实用液性塑料芯轴。定位精度高,结构简单,装夹可靠,操作方便,已在气缸套外圆精加工中加以应用,加工后成品符合气缸套图样技术要求,提高了生产效率。During machining, cylinders are easily distorted because of its thin wall and need high concentricity. This article introduces a new liquid plastic mandrel used in finish machining of cylinders outer surface, the mandrel has high location precision and simple structure, it has been used in finish machining of cylinders outer surface because of its reliable clamp and easy operate, lead to increasing production efficiency.
