摘　　要：为了建立逼真的带有物理属性的虚拟维修样机模型,采用对刚体部件物理属性的建模方法,对虚拟维修样机的刚体部件进行了建模。给出了建立刚体部件物理属性模型的框架,定义了时间、空间和质量三个物理学中最基本的物理概念,从模型几何数据的获取,物理属性模型的算法实现和仿真流程给出了建立虚拟维修样机物理属性模型的具体仿真过程,并把此方法应用于某大型设备虚拟维修样机模型中刚体部件模型的建立。通过虚拟维修训练仿真过程可以看出,对刚体部件物理属性模型虚拟维修训练具有更强的逼真度和沉浸感,具有通用性。To the realistic physical-based virtual maintenance prototype （VMP） modeling, the rigid body physical-based modeling method was provided. Then the physically-based modeling was built, the rigid body physically-based frame was given, and the three basic physical quantity, time, space, mass were defined. From the modeling geometry data acquirer, the algorithm realize of physically-based model and the simulation process three aspects, the specific physically-based modeling process of VMP was given, and the methods were applied into certain complicated equipment. From the virtual maintenance training simulation process, the application makes more realistic scenes and more immerse scenes. That＇s adaptable.
