摘　　要：目的:探讨手术结合康复医疗治疗小儿臀肌挛缩症(GMC)及疗效评定。方法:采用手术松解或切除挛缩增厚的臀肌纤维组织。术后坚持恰当有效的功能锻炼。随访1～5年。结果:所有患儿双下肢、髋部功能及行走步态恢复正常。无复发病例。结论:本病确诊后应及时手术治疗。术后应用康复训练可显著提高治疗效果。Objective: To explore surgical treatment associated with rehabilitation for gluteal muscles contracture (GMC) and assess the results. Methods: The patients underwent the surgical release or removel of proliferative fibrous contracture involved in gluteal muscles and effectively per-formed activities of rehabilitation thereafter. Follow-up was from 1 to 5 years. Results: All pa-tients after treatment were satisfied with their normal gait and excellent function of hips and legs. There was no case of replace. Conclusion: The diagnosis of GMC having been confirmed, an oper-ation should be timely made and rehabilitation be applied to get excellent results.
