金元以前中风外治方药规律的文献研究

摘　　要：用频率分析、因子分析、聚类分析统计学方法,对金元以前中医外治中风病的方药文献进行研究。总结出金元以前中风外治方多以祛风湿、解表、温里、补益、清热、活血化瘀、化痰类药物组方;金元以前对中风病病因的认识仍多以"外风"立论,认为风寒湿邪侵袭人体,痹阻经络,或湿聚成痰,留滞肢体,或气血痹阻,络脉不通,为中风病的发病主要病机;为临床提供了中风外治方药9个。By using the statistical methods of frequency analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis, the intention of this paper is to make a tentative study of the formulary and medicinal documents about the external treatment method of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine before JIN and YUAN dynasty. Results： It was found that most of the prescriptions and formula on the external treatment of stroke before JIN and YUAN dynasty were usually made up of Chinese herbs which have the function of dispelling wind-damp, releasing exterior, warming interior, tonifying and replenishing, cleaning heat, activating blood and resolving stasis, or dispelling phlegm; These knowledge about the pathogenic factor s that caused stroke centered on‘external wind’, it is thought that stroke was mainly caused by the pathogenic wind-cold-damp attacking the human body,arthralgia harnessing meridians and collaterals, or gathered damp forms phlegm in the human body, or the arthralgia of qi and blood and the obstruction of collaterals. In addition, nine formulas for the external treatment of stroke are also provided.
