艾灸头部组穴治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸头部穴位治疗血管性痴呆在改善临床症状及量化表积分和调控血脂水平方面的作用。方法:将63例血管性痴呆(VaD)患者按随机数字表法分成艾灸治疗组和西药治疗组,经3个疗程治疗后,比较治疗前后智能检查量表(HDS)积分、智能改变量表(MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)积分变化;以及血脂总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDC-C)水平,并进行组间对照。结果:两组治疗前后HDS、MMSE与ADL量表积分比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),艾灸治疗组MMSE及ADL积分改善优于西药治疗组(P<0.05);艾灸治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后,艾灸治疗组在降低TC、LDL-C优于西药治疗组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸头部穴组无论在改善临床相关症状积分还是在调控血脂水平方面,均具有独特的优势,是该病治疗值得推广的方法。Objective：To study the effect of moxibustion at head points on vascular dementia in improving clinic symptoms and integration of scale and regulating blood fat. Methods： 63 cases of VaD patients were randomly divided into moxibustion treatment group and the Western medicine treatment group. After 3 periods of treatment, the integration changes of the examination scale （HDS）, intelligent scale （MMSE）, and scale of daily living （ADL） before and after treatment were compared. And the blood lipid cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDC-C） level were detected. Results： In the two groups, before and after treatment, the HDS, MMSE score compared with the ADL scale were significantly different （P0.05 or P0.01）. The scores of MMSE scale and HDS scale in moxibsion treatment group were better than those in Western medicine treatment group （P0.05）; The levels of total blood lipid cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） in moxibustion treatment decreased significantly （P0.05 or P0.01）. After treatment, the moxibustion was better than Western medicine in decreasing the levels of TC and LDL-C （P0.05）, moxibustion treatment was significantly better than that of western medicine in the treatment group. Conclusion： Moxibustion at head points had more advantages in improving the clinical symptoms and regulating blood fat.
