摘　　要：本文通过现况调查,了解大香格里拉地区基层人口健康服务的状况,发现藏区人口健康公共服务所存在的非均等化,服务可及性较差,服务需求巨大等问题,藏区人口健康公共服务模式存在不足,提出"一对一"人口健康服务模式的尝试,并对该模式的基本思路和特点进行了阐述。A status survey was used to explore grass - root population health services in Great Shangri - La Region. The find- ings indicate that there are deficiencies in population health public services in Tibet Autonomous Region, such as unbalance, inaccessibility and unmet needs. A ＂one -to -one＂ population health service model is piloted and introduced.
