五加生化胶囊应用于药物流产的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五加生化胶囊用于药物流产的临床效果。方法:将自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女随机分为观察组(242例)和对照组(238例),观察组常规服用米非司酮和米索前列醇的同时加服五加生化胶囊5d,对照组仅服用米非司酮和米索前列醇。结果:观察组服用米索前列醇8h内绒毛排出率高,出血量及出血持续时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五加生化胶囊可提高药物流产服药后8h内绒毛排出率,减少药物流产后出血量,缩短出血时间,值得临床应用。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of WuJiaShengHua capsule during medical abortion. Methods ： Early preg- nant women presenting for medical abortion were randomly allocated into the treatment group （ n = 242） and the control group （ n = 238 ）. Women in the treatment group received mifepristone and misoprostol routinely. In addition, WuJiaShengHua cap- sule was given 5 consecutive days. Women in the control group just received mifepristone and misoprostol routinely. Results： In comparison with the control group, the complete abortion rate was higher and the amount of blood loss was less and the du- ration of vaginal bleeding was shorter in the treatnent group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The use of WuJiaShengHua capsule dur- ing first trimester medical abortion could elevate the complete abortion rate within 8 hours after usual schedule of medical abor- tion, reduce the amount of blood loss and shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding. It deserves further clinical application.
