摘　　要：本文采用经颅彩色多普勒超声诊断仪（脑多普勒）对55例正常人及50例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行椎-基底动脉血流流速探测．结果：LVA，RVA，BA三组，有显著性差异（P＜0．01），即Ⅱ型糖尿病收缩期血流速度较正常对照组为慢，存在椎-基底动脉供血不足，且基底动脉供血速度与年龄、病程有关．We measured the vertebral and basilar arteries blood flow in 55 normal and 50 NIDDM subjects by TCD. The results showed that the vertebral and basilar arteries blood flow in NIDDM was slower than that in the normal. There was significant difference in these two groups (p<0.01). There was a relationship between the blood flow of basilar artery and the course, age of NIDDMKeywards: NIDDM;Vertebral and basilar artery;Cerebral ischemia
