摘 要:对某大型铜铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿生产工艺流程进行了局部改进:二段磨矿前增设分级作业、二段磨矿细度由-74μm85%提高到95%,同时用KM-109捕收剂代替丁基黄药用于混合精矿精选作业及铜、铅锌分离作业,铅锌混合精矿品位之和提高6.58%、回收率之和提高9.41%,铜回收率提高1.72%,伴生金、银回收率明显提高。Beneficiation process of a large-scale multi-lead-zinc-copper sulfide ore is holded a local improvement. Additional grading operation before two process grinding ore operation, grinding fineness from-74p, m 85% up to 95% and at the same time, butyl xanthate was replaced by KM-109 collector to selected operation of mix concentrate and to separate copper, lead and zinc. Lead and zinc the grade and the recovery of mixed concentrate are improved greatly and the recovery of copper and associated metals gold, silver are also improved greatly.
