摘  要:目的:探讨低频超声对大鼠坐骨神经传导及结构的生物学效应,提供低频超声损伤周围神经的依据及特征。方法与结果:34KHz连续波超声以8w/cm2声强处理坐骨神经干后,神经传导速度、动作电位幅度及时程均有不同程度降低。以18w/cm2声强处理后上述指标进一步降低,以32w/cm2超声处理后神经传导能力基本消失。结构观察发现纤维空化,髓鞘、轴突损伤或破坏,轴突中细胞器空化、肿胀或破裂。结论:周围神经结构及传导能力可被低频超声损伤或破坏。Objective:The biologic effects on sciatic nerve of rat induced by low frequency ultrasound were studied.The evidences of injury of nerve function and structure were songht.Methods:The six rats sciatic electrophysiologic parameters,such as maximal nerve conductive velocity(Vmax),action potential amplitude(APA)and action potential duration(APD)were measured after treated by various acoustic intensity low frequency ultrasound.The corresponding histologic and ultrastructure changes of the nerve were observed.Results:After being treated for 30 seconds by 34 KHz ultrasound in 8w/cm 2 acoustics energy intensity,the Vmax(35 2±2 6 vs 28 3±3 8m/s,n=11,P<0 01)and APA (11 6±2vs 7 1±3 1 mV,P<0 01)of sciatic nerve were significantly decreased,and the APD(6 4±1 6vs 5 0±2,7ms,P<0 05)was slightly,decreased.After acoustic energy intensity increased to 18w/cm 2,all measured parameters were significantly changed(Vmax 20 0±6 1m/s,P<0 01;APA 5 8±3 0mv,P<0 05 and APD 3 2±2 6ms,P<0 05).After treatment intensity being 32w/cm 2,the conductive ability of sciatic nerve disappeared.The nerve fiber cavitated,myelin sheath and axon damaged or destroyed by various ultrasound intensities,and the cellular organ in axon was swollen or destroyed.Conclusion:The conductive ability and structure of peripheral nerve may be injured or destroyed by higher intensity low frequency ultrasound.It is suggested that side effect would be prevented in diagnosis and therapy by using high intensity ultrasound.
