摘　　要：工程质量管理和控制是EPC总承包项目管理的一个核心部分,它始终贯穿于工程建设的全过程。总承包项目的质量管理不仅仅要做好事前策划工作,更重要的是要做好中间控制工作,其中工程报验管理是确保工程建设质量的核心内容之一,同时也是最繁杂、最难控制的环节。笔者根据多年从事大型工程总承包质量管理的经验和心得,分析了总承包项目在工程报验方面存在的问题和解决办法。The project quality management and control is the total EPC contract project management a core part, it always runs through the whole process of project construction.
